Return Policy
Buyers can request an exchange, return, or cancellation of the contract within 7 days of receiving the product by notifying the store. The store will issue a full refund within 15 days of receiving the notification.
How to request a return.
- Contact us via LINE with your order details and photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- We will confirm whether it's an exchange or a refund and provide the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with an exchange or a refund.
